READ THIS NOTICE BEFORE USING IGC LOYALTY.
IGC Loyalty is a location-based loyalty, engagement, promotional and entertainment application.
IGC Loyalty is not a true, certified, professional, safety-critical or emergency navigation system.
The App must not be relied upon to:
keep you safe;
identify hazards;
determine whether a route is safe;
determine whether a road is safe to cross;
detect vehicles or traffic;
detect cliffs, ledges or vertical drops;
detect rivers, lakes, oceans, canals or other waterways;
detect glass doors, windows or glass barriers;
detect stairs, escalators, elevators or moving walkways;
determine the correct building floor;
identify emergency exits or evacuation routes;
identify accessible routes;
prevent collisions, falls, injury or death; or
replace physical signs, official instructions, venue personnel, emergency services or your own observation and judgment.
Location information, arrows, routes, distances, floor information, augmented-reality objects, photographs, audio prompts and arrival notifications may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or positioned incorrectly.
Your own judgement must be used. If the app does direct or appear to direct you toward a road, moving traffic, railway, waterway, cliff, balcony, glass barrier, wall, staircase, escalator, elevator, closed doorway, construction zone, private property, restricted area or another unsafe location.
The appearance of a destination, reward, augmented-reality object or directional arrow does not mean that:
the route is safe;
the destination is physically accessible;
you are permitted to enter;
the area has been inspected;
hazards have been identified;
the App knows your precise position; or
you should continue moving toward it.
You must stop moving before looking at or interacting with the App.
You are responsible for looking where you are going, assessing every route and location, obeying all signs and instructions and deciding whether it is safe and lawful to proceed.
No point, reward, offer, object, code, promotion or other benefit is worth risking injury, death, property damage or unlawful entry.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge and accept these safety conditions.
These Global Terms of Use, Safety Conditions and User Agreement are a legally binding agreement between you and:
IGC Marketing Pty Ltd, trading as IGC Loyalty
In these Terms:
“IGC,” “IGC Loyalty,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean the company identified above and, where relevant, its related companies.

any situation where inaccurate information could contribute to injury, death or serious loss.
Guidance Features are general engagement aids only.
They may not reflect:
the safest route;
the shortest route;
a lawful route;
an accessible route;
temporary closures;
construction;
barriers;
traffic conditions;
weather conditions;
security restrictions;

on the wrong road;
on the wrong side of a road;
inside a wall;
outside a building;
over water;
beyond a barrier;
on the wrong floor;
near a dangerous edge;
inside a restricted area; or
at a location you have never visited.
An arrow may point in an incorrect direction.
A displayed distance may be incorrect.
A floor estimate may be wrong by one or more levels.
An arrival notification may appear before you have safely reached the destination.
You must never assume that App information is correct merely because it appears precise.
You must remain continuously aware of your physical surroundings.
You must:
look in the direction you are moving;
stop in a safe location before looking at your screen;
keep sufficient distance from hazards;
observe the floor, path, walls, doors and overhead area;
use designated pedestrian pathways;
use designated road crossings;
follow physical signs and barriers;
follow lawful instructions from staff and authorities;
assess lighting, weather, crowds and terrain;
confirm that a doorway is open before entering;
confirm that an escalator, elevator or stairway is safe before using it;

walk while concentrating on the screen;
walk backwards while using the camera;
run while using augmented reality;
suddenly turn or step sideways without looking;
climb to reach a Digital Asset;
lean over a balcony or barrier;
step into a road because an arrow points forward;

continue toward an object that appears inaccessible; or
prioritise the App over a visible hazard.
The App does not identify whether a road, crossing or railway is safe.
It may not detect:
moving vehicles;
parked vehicles about to move;
bicycles;
scooters;
motorcycles;
buses;
trains;
trams;
traffic lights;
pedestrian signals;
roadworks;
temporary barriers;
changes in traffic direction; or
unsafe roadside conditions.
You must not use the App to determine when or where to cross a road or railway.
You must:
use designated crossings where available;
obey traffic lights and pedestrian signals;
look and listen for traffic;
follow local road laws;
remain alert to vehicles from every direction; and
disregard App guidance whenever it conflicts with a safe pedestrian route.
You must not use or interact with the App while:
driving;
riding a motorcycle;
cycling;
operating a scooter;
operating machinery; or
controlling any moving vehicle or mobility device where use would be unsafe.
A passenger must not encourage or instruct a driver to stop, turn or travel dangerously to collect a Digital Asset.
The App does not detect or assess:
oceans;
rivers;
lakes;
canals;
drainage channels;
swimming pools;
fountains;
floodwater;
tides;
waves;
currents;
water depth;
slippery surfaces;
unstable banks; or
submerged hazards.
A Digital Asset may appear in, near, across or beyond a water hazard.
You must not:
enter water to reach App content;
cross floodwater;
approach an unsafe shoreline;
climb over a waterside barrier;
use the App while swimming or boating;
rely on the App for tide or current information; or
assume that a waterfront route is safe.
You are responsible for assessing all water-related conditions independently.
The App may fail to detect:
cliffs;
balconies;
rooftops;
ledges;
retaining walls;
holes;
pits;
excavation areas;
steep slopes;
embankments;
stairs;
damaged flooring; and
vertical drops.
Location or augmented-reality content may appear beyond an edge or barrier.
You must:
remain behind safety barriers;
keep a safe distance from all edges;
obey warning signs;
never climb or lean over a barrier;
never access a roof or elevated restricted area; and
abandon any attempt to reach content that appears near a dangerous height.
IGC does not inspect or certify cliffs, balconies, walkways, viewing areas or elevated locations.
The App and your device camera may not detect transparent or reflective surfaces.
This includes:
glass doors;
automatic glass doors;
glass walls;
windows;
mirrors;
display cases;
glass balustrades;
transparent fences; and
reflective metal surfaces.
Augmented-reality objects may appear through, inside or beyond glass.
Before proceeding, you must visually determine:
whether a door exists;
whether it is open;
whether the pathway is clear;
whether a glass barrier is present; and
whether entry is permitted.
You must not walk through an area merely because the device screen appears to show an unobstructed path.
The App does not control or monitor stairs, elevators, escalators or moving walkways.
It may not know:
whether equipment is operating;
the direction of an escalator;
whether equipment is closed;
whether a step is damaged;
whether the floor is wet;
whether a lift is overloaded;
whether an elevator will stop at the selected floor;
whether an accessible route is available; or
whether temporary barriers have been installed.
You must stop using the App before:
stepping onto or off an escalator;
entering or leaving an elevator;
using stairs;
stepping onto a moving walkway; or
approaching a level change.
You must use handrails where appropriate and follow all posted instructions.
Never attempt to collect, view or interact with Digital Assets while boarding or leaving an escalator, elevator or moving walkway.
Indoor location and floor detection may be materially inaccurate.
The App may:
identify the wrong floor;
direct you above or below the destination;
show a path through walls;
show a path through staff-only areas;
fail to identify a locked door;
fail to identify a closed floor;
direct you to the wrong elevator;
fail to identify building renovations; or
place a destination outside the publicly accessible area.
You must follow:
physical venue signs;
official venue maps;
emergency information;
access controls;
barriers;
security instructions; and
staff directions.
Where the App conflicts with any of these, the physical and official information always takes priority.
Augmented-reality content is digitally overlaid onto a camera view and may not correspond accurately with physical reality.
Digital content may appear:
inside a wall;
through glass;
across a road;
over a waterway;
behind a barrier;
on a different floor;
inside private property;
near moving machinery;
near traffic;
at a dangerous height; or
in an inaccessible location.
The presence of augmented-reality content is never an instruction to physically enter, touch, climb onto, cross or approach the location where it appears.
Before activating augmented reality, you must:
stand still;
move to a safe pedestrian area;
ensure you are not blocking others;
check for roads, edges, water, stairs and obstacles;
hold the device securely; and
ensure that any person under your supervision is safe.
While using augmented reality, you must not:
run;
walk backwards;
spin without looking;
cross a road;
enter an elevator;
use an escalator;
use stairs;
operate a vehicle;
approach water;
approach a cliff or balcony;
enter a restricted area; or
continue if you become dizzy or disoriented.
Unless expressly stated in writing, IGC does not represent that it has physically inspected any location displayed in the App.
The inclusion of a location does not mean that IGC has verified:
public access;
property-owner permission;
structural safety;
pedestrian access;
disability access;
security conditions;
lighting;
weather suitability;
road safety;
water safety;
crime risk;
crowd safety;
emergency access;
operating hours;
legal access; or
suitability for children.
Locations and conditions can change after information is submitted or reviewed.
Venue Partners and users may provide inaccurate, incomplete or outdated location information.
You must independently decide whether a location is safe, lawful and appropriate.
The App does not grant permission to enter any property.
You must not enter:
private residences;
staff-only areas;
construction sites;
closed businesses;
secured government facilities;
railway property;
airport restricted zones;
school property where entry is restricted;
military property;
utility infrastructure;
rooftops;
fenced land;
closed parks;
emergency areas; or
any location where access is prohibited.
You must obey:
fences;
gates;
locks;
signs;
barriers;
security controls;
opening hours;
venue conditions; and
verbal directions.
A Digital Asset displayed beyond a barrier must be treated as inaccessible.
IGC does not authorise trespass.
The App must not be used as a workplace safety tool.
It may not detect:
construction equipment;
cranes;
forklifts;
loading areas;
exposed wiring;
wet floors;
falling objects;
restricted work zones;
chemicals;
temporary holes;
maintenance work;
delivery vehicles; or
machinery.
You must not enter or approach an active work area to reach App content.

You are responsible for evaluating:
rain;
storms;
lightning;
wind;
extreme heat;
extreme cold;
flooding;
smoke;
poor air quality;
darkness;
poor visibility;
slippery surfaces;
bushfire conditions;
civil disturbances; and
local warnings.
Do not participate in a location-based activity when conditions are unsafe.
A campaign remaining visible does not mean that IGC has assessed current local conditions.
The App is not an emergency service.
The App must not be used to:
call for emergency assistance;
locate emergency responders;
identify evacuation routes;
identify emergency exits;
locate medical equipment;
locate shelters;
provide disaster warnings;
replace emergency alerts; or
communicate your location to rescue services.
In an emergency:
stop using the App;
move to safety if possible;
follow alarms and official instructions;
contact the relevant local emergency service; and
follow directions from emergency responders, police, security or venue personnel.
IGC does not monitor your location for emergencies and has no obligation to dispatch assistance.
Your use of location services does not mean that IGC:
continuously watches your location;
knows your exact location;
knows whether you are moving;
knows whether you are in danger;
receives an alert if you fall;
receives an alert if you enter an unsafe area;
will contact you;
will contact a family member;
will contact a Venue Partner;
will contact emergency services; or
can rescue or assist you.
IGC does not assume a duty to monitor, supervise, warn or rescue you merely because the App receives, processes or displays location information.
You select and follow all routes at your own judgment.
You must reject any route or suggestion that appears:
unsafe;
unlawful;
closed;
inaccessible;
poorly lit;
isolated;
flooded;
under construction;
beyond a barrier;
across traffic;
near a cliff;
through water;
through glass;
through a wall;
on the wrong floor; or
otherwise unsuitable.
You are never required to take the route that appears in the App.
You must choose a different route or abandon the activity whenever necessary.
An arrival message means only that the App estimates that your device is within a configured digital area.
It does not mean:
you have arrived safely;
you are at the correct entrance;
you are on the correct floor;
you are on public property;
the destination is open;
the destination is accessible;
you are permitted to enter;
all hazards have been cleared; or
the App has physically verified your position.
You must independently confirm the destination.
The App does not replace adult supervision.
Users under 18 may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, unless a different age requirement applies under local law.
A parent or guardian is responsible for:
deciding whether the App is appropriate;
supervising the child continuously;
controlling location and camera permissions;
reviewing campaigns and destinations;
preventing road, water and height risks;
preventing trespass;
ensuring safe transport;
reviewing purchases;
managing interactions with other users; and
ensuring compliance with these Terms.
A child must not be sent alone to search for or collect App content.
A parent or guardian must not assume that a child is safe merely because the App shows the child at a location.
You must decide whether you are physically and mentally capable of participating.
Do not use location or augmented-reality features where your ability to do so safely is affected by:
fatigue;
illness;
impaired vision;
impaired hearing;
reduced mobility;
poor balance;
dizziness;
medication;
alcohol;
drugs;
distraction;
emotional distress; or
any medical condition.
Stop using the App if you experience dizziness, nausea, confusion, motion sickness, eye strain or disorientation.
The App does not provide medical or accessibility advice.
The App does not guarantee that a route is accessible for:
wheelchair users;
people with limited mobility;
users with vision impairment;
users with hearing impairment;
users with assistance animals;
users with prams; or
users requiring step-free access.
A displayed route may include stairs, narrow doors, steep slopes, inaccessible elevators or other obstacles.
Users requiring accessibility information must independently contact the Venue Partner or consult an authorised accessibility source.
Location-based features may bring users into proximity with strangers.
IGC does not guarantee:
another user’s identity;
another user’s age;
another user’s background;
another user’s intentions;
another user’s location; or
another user’s conduct.
You must take reasonable personal-safety precautions.
Do not:
enter a stranger’s vehicle;
enter a private residence;
disclose unnecessary personal information;
meet in an isolated place;
leave a child unsupervised;
transfer money outside approved systems; or
assume that another user has been screened by IGC.
Where meeting another person, select a safe public location and tell a trusted person where you are going.
You must report App content that appears to be:
on a road;
on railway property;
in or across water;
near a cliff or dangerous edge;
behind glass;
in a restricted area;
on private property;
inside a construction area;
on the wrong floor;
inaccessible;
near dangerous machinery;
misleading; or
otherwise unsafe.
Reports may be submitted through:
Our Website at igcloyalty.com
Submitting a report does not create an emergency response.
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or venue staff.
IGC may remove, relocate, suspend or investigate reported content but does not guarantee immediate action or continuous monitoring of every location.
You must not use the App in a way that creates a safety risk.
Prohibited conduct includes:
driving while using the App;
crossing a road while looking at the App;
using the App on railway tracks;
entering water to reach content;
climbing structures;
crossing safety barriers;
entering a closed area;
trespassing;
accessing rooftops;

interfering with moving machinery;
using the App during an emergency evacuation;
using the App while responsible for operating transport;
placing content in an unsafe location;
encouraging another person to take a safety risk;
using the App to organise dangerous challenges; and
ignoring official warnings to obtain a reward.
A serious safety breach may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior warning.
IGC may remove any points, rewards or campaign entries obtained through dangerous or prohibited conduct.
Where users or Venue Partners can create, nominate or upload locations, they must:
have authority to submit the location;
accurately identify the location;
assess whether normal public access is available;
avoid roads, railways and moving traffic;
avoid waterways and unstable terrain;
avoid cliffs, ledges and dangerous heights;
avoid private residences;
avoid restricted and staff-only areas;
avoid construction zones;
avoid unsafe stairs, elevators and escalators;
avoid locations requiring trespass;
consider children and vulnerable users;
provide appropriate warnings;
remove or report content when conditions change; and
comply with applicable venue and local laws.
Approval, publication or technical acceptance of submitted content does not amount to IGC’s physical inspection or certification of safety.
IGC may remove any location at any time where it reasonably considers the location unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful or operationally unsuitable.
Venue Partners are responsible for:
the safety and lawful operation of their premises;
maintaining entrances, paths, elevators and escalators;
complying with occupancy and safety laws;
accurate campaign information;
lawful access to campaign locations;
staff instructions;
supply of partner rewards;
crowd management;
emergency procedures; and
reporting material location changes to IGC.
IGC does not become the occupier, manager or controller of a Venue Partner’s premises merely because the venue appears in the App.
Venue Partners do not have authority to alter these Terms unless IGC confirms the change in writing.
You acknowledge that using a location-based or augmented-reality application in public or physical environments involves ordinary and foreseeable risks, including:
distraction;
inaccurate location information;
incorrect route information;
changing physical conditions;
traffic;
uneven terrain;
obstacles;
weather;
crowds;
interactions with strangers;
device failure;
loss of connectivity; and
errors in user or partner-submitted information.
You agree to use reasonable care and to discontinue any activity that cannot be completed safely and lawfully.
Nothing in this section requires you to assume a risk or waive a right where doing so is prohibited by law.
You may be required to register an account.
You must:
provide accurate information;
maintain only the number of accounts permitted by IGC;
keep credentials secure;
prevent unauthorised use;
notify IGC of suspected compromise;
not impersonate another person;
not sell or transfer the account; and
not allow another person to use the account to obtain location-dependent benefits.
Your account is a licence to access the App and is not property that can be sold or transferred.
IGC or its licensors own all rights in the App, including:
software;
source and object code;
systems;
interfaces;
designs;
databases;
campaign mechanics;
mapping layers;
augmented-reality assets;
graphics;
text;

Digital Assets:
are not legal tender;
are not bank deposits;
are not cryptocurrency;
are not securities;
are not financial products;
do not represent ownership in IGC;

Points, rewards, offers and promotional items may be subject to:
availability;
eligibility;
geographic restrictions;
expiry dates;
stock limits;
campaign limits;
partner conditions;

additional specific rules.
IGC may correct points or rewards that were:
issued by mistake;
duplicated;
obtained through spoofing;
obtained through automation;
obtained through multiple-account abuse;
obtained through unsafe or unlawful conduct;
associated with a refunded payment; or
generated through a software defect.
No point or reward gives you permission to enter a location or take a safety risk.
Where a reward location appears unsafe, you must not attempt to collect it.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise:
purchases of virtual currency and consumed Digital Assets are final;
Digital Assets cannot be redeemed for cash;
accidental purchases are not automatically refundable;
deleting the App does not create a refund right;
failing to use a Digital Asset does not create a refund right;
suspension caused by your serious breach does not create a refund right; and
termination caused by cheating, fraud or dangerous conduct does not create a refund right.
Purchases processed through Apple, Google or another platform may also be subject to that platform’s payment and refund rules.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory refund, consumer guarantee or other remedy.
You must not:
falsify or alter location;
use GPS spoofing;

breached these Terms;
cheated;
engaged in fraud;
engaged in dangerous conduct;
placed unsafe content;
trespassed;
created a risk to another person;

device blocking;
prevention of replacement accounts;
recovery of loss;
notification to a Venue Partner; or
referral to relevant authorities.
IGC is not required to use progressive warnings.

During suspension or after termination, you may lose access to:
the App;
your account;
points;
rewards;
promotional codes;
campaign entries;
avatars;
Digital Assets;
account history; and
associated benefits.
Where suspension or termination results from your cheating, fraud, dangerous conduct, unlawful conduct or material breach, IGC is not required to compensate you for lost access, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
You may appeal an account suspension or termination through:
[INSERT APPEAL EMAIL OR URL]
An appeal must provide:
account details;
the relevant enforcement notice;
an explanation;
supporting evidence; and
the requested outcome.
An appeal does not automatically restore access.
IGC may refuse repetitive, abusive, fraudulent or unsupported appeals.
You are responsible for:
obtaining a compatible device;
maintaining battery power;
keeping the device physically secure;
internet and data access;
mobile and roaming charges;
device permissions;
device calibration;
operating-system updates; and
installing authorised App updates.
The App may fail or become inaccurate because of low battery, weak connectivity, denied permissions or device defects.
You must not continue a physical activity where the App or device stops functioning.
Use of personal and location information is governed by the IGC Privacy Policy:
Included below
The App may process precise or approximate location, camera information, device information, motion information and sensor information where required to provide selected features.
You may manage permissions through your device settings, but some features may not work without them.
Permission to process location information does not create an obligation to monitor or protect you.
IGC does not guarantee that the App will be:
uninterrupted;
error-free;
available in every location;
compatible with every device;
accurate;
secure from every threat;
available during emergencies; or
available for any minimum period.
IGC may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue features for safety, security, maintenance, legal, technical or business reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
the App is supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
all Guidance Features are approximate;
IGC does not warrant that the App will identify hazards;
IGC does not warrant that a route is safe, lawful or accessible;
IGC does not warrant that a location has been inspected;
IGC does not warrant that an augmented-reality object is safely reachable;
IGC does not warrant that floor detection is accurate;
IGC does not warrant that third-party information is current;
IGC is not responsible for a user’s decision to ignore visible hazards, signs, barriers or instructions; and
use of the App does not create a duty to supervise or rescue the user.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability:
for fraud;
for deliberate misconduct;
for death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded;
under mandatory consumer-protection law; or
where exclusion is otherwise prohibited.
Subject to those rights and to the maximum extent permitted by law, IGC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, data, reputation, rewards or anticipated savings.
Where legally permitted, IGC’s total aggregate liability arising from the App will not exceed the greater of:
the amount paid directly by you to IGC for the relevant service during the preceding 12 months; or
This cap does not apply where applying it would be unlawful.
Where permitted by law, liability for breach of a statutory guarantee relating to services may be limited, at IGC’s option, to:
supplying the services again; or
paying the reasonable cost of supplying the services again.
You remain legally responsible for your own conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonably foreseeable claims and losses directly resulting from:
your trespass;
your property damage;
your dangerous conduct;
your unlawful conduct;
your fraud;
your cheating;
your intentional misuse of the App;
content you place in an unsafe location;
your infringement of another person’s rights; or
your material breach of these Terms.
This does not make you responsible for loss caused by IGC’s negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of a non-excludable duty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you indemnify IGC, its related companies, officers, employees and contractors against third-party claims and reasonable losses directly arising from:
deliberate or reckless misuse of the App;
trespass;
intentional property damage;
creation of an unsafe campaign location;
cheating or fraud;
unlawful User Content;
infringement of third-party rights;
unauthorised account or Digital Asset trading; or
encouraging another person to engage in dangerous or unlawful conduct.
This indemnity is reduced to the extent that IGC caused or contributed to the relevant loss.
You retain ownership of eligible User Content.
You grant IGC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, display and use User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote and improve the relevant App feature.
You must not submit content that:
directs users to unsafe locations;
encourages trespass;
encourages dangerous challenges;
is false or misleading;
infringes another person’s rights;
is unlawful;
contains malicious software; or
places children or vulnerable persons at risk.
IGC may remove User Content without prior notice where reasonably necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.
Except for the limited licence expressly granted by these Terms, no right in the App or IGC intellectual property is transferred to you.
You must not, except where permitted by law:
copy;
modify;
reverse engineer;
decompile;
reproduce;
distribute;
sell;
sublicense;
scrape;
extract;
create derivative works from; or
commercially exploit the App or its content.
The App may use or link to third-party maps, payment services, websites, app stores and Venue Partner systems.
IGC does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for its independent terms, availability, accuracy or conduct.
You must review applicable third-party terms.
Before commencing formal proceedings, you and IGC agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice sent to:
Our websites contact us page at IGCloyalty.com
The notice should identify:
the user;
the relevant account;
the issue;
the remedy requested; and
supporting information.
The parties will attempt informal resolution for 30 days, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
This does not prevent urgent court relief, small-claims proceedings, regulatory complaints or exercise of non-waivable consumer rights.
Where valid and enforceable under the law applying to the user, unresolved disputes may be determined by individual binding arbitration under the rules specified in the relevant regional terms or notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party agrees to bring claims individually and not as part of a class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding.
These provisions do not apply where arbitration or a class-action waiver is prohibited or unenforceable, including where mandatory regional consumer laws provide otherwise.
No provision prevents a user from contacting a consumer, privacy or safety regulator.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to mandatory laws applying in the country, state or region where you reside.
The courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of a right to bring a claim elsewhere where mandatory law permits or requires it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies:
consumer guarantees;
mandatory refund rights;
statutory withdrawal rights;
privacy rights;
rights relating to personal injury;
liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct; or
any other right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
If a provision is invalid in a jurisdiction, it will be limited only to the minimum extent required, and the remaining Terms will continue to apply.
IGC may update these Terms to reflect:
safety improvements;
legal changes;
new features;
security requirements;
App changes;
payment changes; or
legitimate operational needs.
IGC will give reasonable notice of material changes where required.
Immediate changes may be made where reasonably necessary to address safety, fraud, illegality or security risks.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
IGC’s failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive that provision.
You may not transfer your rights or account without written permission.
IGC may transfer these Terms as part of a business restructuring, financing, merger or sale, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any campaign-specific conditions form the agreement concerning your use of the App.
